Ravens ink Williams, Ngata remains unsigned

OWINGS MILLS -- Top draft pick Haloti Ngata is now the Baltimore Ravens' lone unsigned rookie selection after his former Oregon teammate Demetrius Williams agreed to terms Monday morning. Team officials remain optimistic about signing Ngata before players report to training camp in Westminster on Thursday. The 350-pound defensive tackle was the 12th overall pick of the 2006 NFL draft.

The Ravens have agreed to terms with nine out of their 10 draft picks. The Ravens gained a valuable reference point for negotiations with Ngata's agent over the weekend when Cleveland Browns rookie linebacker Kamerion Wimbley -- the No. 13 overall pick -- agreed to a six-year, $23.7 million...
