College: Third-year junior who opted out of his senior year to join the draft. Saw action in all 13 games as a true freshman and became a starting defensive end as a sophomore, notching 45 tackles with 11 tackles for a loss and eight sacks. Had some internal problems with the Boilermakers coaching staff – which partially steered him to enter the draft a year early – and started just six of 11 games, finishing the year with 28 tackles, 11 tackles for a loss and 5.5 sacks.
Personal: Was an all-state linebacker in high school as a senior, when he had 110 tackles, 12 sacks and seven forced fumbles. Was a four-year starter in high school.
