Green was selected by the Baltimore Ravens in the fifth round of the 2005 NFL Draft, 158th overall.

Justin Green Facts: Played Running/Full at the University of Montana... Wore #33 for the Grizzlies... Justin had his most productive year as a Junior... He was voted the Big Sky Conference “Newcomer of the Year” by the league coaches... Montana Head Coach Bobby Hauck had this to say about Justin, "He’s very aggressive, and he’s physical, and he’ll do anything he can do to help the offense move the ball, which includes being a good blocker. I am sure defensive players get tired of tackling him."
