Ravens avoid fines after criticizing refs Premium Story

OWINGS MILLS -- The Baltimore Ravens won't be fined for making derogatory comments about the officiating during a 27-21 loss Sunday to the New England Patriots, NFL vice president of football operations Ray Anderson ruled Tuesday.   Anderson attended the game at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass.
