OWINGS MILLS -- In a move intended to add size and depth to the wide receiver position, the Baltimore Ravens officially signed veteran free agent Kelley Washington to a one-year contract.
Washington passed his physical and signed his contract prior to practicing with the Ravens on Monday as they opened a four-day passing camp.
