Ravens' top deep threat placed on IR Premium Story

OWINGS MILLS -- The Baltimore Ravens' passing game took a hit Wednesday when wide receiver Demetrius Williams was placed on injured reserve as he'll undergo season-ending surgery to repair a bone spur underneath his left Achilles' tendon, a development that removes the team's top deep threat from the active roster.
