Notebook: Walker makes his presence heard Premium Story

WESTMINSTER -- Frank Walker isn't shy or quiet, and the veteran cornerback definitely doesn't hesitate to loudly announce his presence on the football field. The Baltimore Ravens' newcomer celebrated deflecting a Joe Flacco pass intended for Ernie Wheelwright this week by taking off his helmet and spinning it on the turf.
