A 6-foot, 184-pounder with 4.46 speed and a 36-inch vertical leap, Skillern led the Spartans in receiving last season with 36 receptions for 561 yards and six touchdowns.
He scored 11 touchdowns and three for one more in four seasons.
His blocking strength could be an issue, though, as he bench pressed 225 pounds for only four repetitions.
