Bill Cowher turned down open NFL coaching jo

Former Pittsburgh Steelers coach Bill Cowher has turned down multiple coaching positions, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

One of the positions mentioned was the open Cleveland Browns job, though Cowher reportedly didn't have any interest in the job. In fact, Cowher, who said he believes he'll coach again at some point on Tuesday, is not expected to join an NFL team this season.

Since retiring after the 2006 season, Cowher as been an analyst with CBS Sports during its Sunday coverage. Cowher won the Super Bowl after his 2005 Steelers team finished the regular season 11-5.
